Today's Blind Items - A Hairy Situation

A lead actor and producer for a new CBS show recently had a Craigslist purchase go awry. The actor needed a hairpiece for a specific scene of the show he's starring in, so he began looking online for local listings. He saw a free toupee advertised, and he made plans to meet up with the seller to pick it up it. Soon after returning to set, he took the toupee and placed it down on a table next to the director's salad, running off right after to film a scene. After half an hour, the director came over to the table and found the "toupee" eating his lunch. It turned out that the toupee, was, in fact, a Peruvian long-haired guinea pig. The actor tried contacting the seller, who never responded. The guinea pig ended up getting adopted by the show's co-producer (who seemed unusually enthusiastic about his new pet), and costuming ended up buying an actual hairpiece for the show—one that won't steal the crew's lunches.
