The reason the yellow management/label of this foreign massive boy group, acquired this well known PR company from the US, wasn't to make some investment, it was to protect the three younger members of the group. They were caught in VIP room salons in the wealthy part of Seoul. One of them had already been busted in Paris a few years ago doing drugs and partying with women he paid. The management team/label controls most of the media in South Korea, they still don't have a ton of influence overseas. You could see that with the whole pants group situation.
