While I'm a fan of both, I wouldn't consider either Tanya or Wynona as "well liked". Maybe it's Ent's favorite girl, Carrie Underwood? Nah, not well liked either.
What about somebody else from the recent award shows?
I'm going for Carrie Underwood. She's supposed to be super Straightlaced. Wynona has had DUII's and other alcohol issues. I think she's cleaned up her act, but wasn't aware she was "sober"????

The item makes it sound as if the country queen was at one time not so sober. Reba, Faith Hill, Carrie have never been to rehab. My guess is definitely Wynonna.

Although I agree that Carrie Underwood can not be as sweet or innocent as she tries to pull off.
Well I am thinking it is someone older... since the wording of "country queen and well liked" are involved... my guess is Loretta Lynn.
She has a past history with pills in her hey-day... and she has been in questionable health in the last couple of years. She still tours... so she is my guess.
