This once hot film star is so desperately low on funds she can’t even get a credit card at a department store. She filled up an entire shopping cart of clothing at a local retailer and didn’t have the funds in her bank account so she tried to apply for the store’s credit card. She was politely denied. Not wanting to leave without her merchandise, she then asked a manager if she could set up her own tab based on her celebrity status. She was also politely denied. She then got upset and threw each piece of clothing all over the store until security escorted her out.
Not Megan Fox.

I don't think its a young "recent" actress. Its probably an older one who no longer has any checks rolling in from her work. I'm thinking Sally Kirkland, Beverly D'Angelo and Margo Kidder - types. There's a LOT of older actresses to choose from.

giving megan fox as a 'not' makes me think it's someone younger. but i agree, if lindsay did this, we would've heard about it.

Megan Fox was in that drama queen movie back in the day with Lindsay. I haven't seen the whole thing, but I think Megan's character was the rival to Lindsay's who lost out on the lead role.Due to that I am going to go with Lindsay, even with the whole Transformers thing, Megan seems be the hot ticket right now, Lindsay has/is probably losing out to her now.
If you know you are low on funds, why the hell are you loading up a shopping cart of merchandise at a dept store? When I'm broke, I definitely DON'T go shopping. (except for smokes and vodka)

Nancer, it's not Alicia Silverstone. She has been active in plays, books and so forth, even if her profile is lower than in years past. She is well-grounded. This item sounds nothing like her.

I have seen two seperate days of pap photos of Lindsay shopping in the last week, and she tweeted something about shopping recently too.
The first picture I even thought wow she only has a tiny bag, wasn't a lot bought. It was probably from one store that did actually let her open a tab or something, or it was something so small and cheap she had a few bucks to pay for it so she could walk out with something.
Totally think it's her.

This SOOOO Lindsay Lohan.. there was a blind item in 10 magazine (fashion mag) that talked about a celeb-slash-designer who went into a Parisian boutique and refused to come out of the dressing room until someone from her management team came to pay for her items..
It was most def. Lilo.. since this was during Paris fashion week and around the time she was "working" at Emanuel Ungaro..
Yeah, but the aforementioned boutiques that Lohan tends to frequent aren't really the type of stores that have shopping carts, and I don't think Fred Segal have their own credit card. And it wouldn't really matter to someone like Lohan who has had the audacity to rip off jewels, furs, and other pricey items numerous times from people. Her five-finger discounts are the stuff of legend.
Maybe it wasn't Fred Segal it happened at - she obviously hit more stores than Fred Segal, she has a shopping bag from a different store in her hand.
My bad, I should have clarified just using Fred Segal as an example of the type of high-end places she seems to favor- i.e., you never see her leaving a Target or WalMart- and it's not like there is a shortage of photos of her every day looking progressively more beatdown.
Plus she has become the female equivalent of the Ben Affleck answer (which is kinda sad) but regardless, fuck her, she can't even get arrested anymore. It's just really not shocking enough to be her. She's beyond this level of being a mess, imo :)
Someone like Rose McGowan, except she did television, not just film.
