I've lost a lot of respect for Jodie over this Mel Gibson thing. Actually, that, and the calling a kid a "scumbag" or whatever it was, and asking him if he "even had a mother".
Though I don't care much for Heigl, there's nothing wrong with going out without your child. My cousin and his wife just get a babysitter. No biggie.

@RocketQueen, I actually gained respect for Jodie Foster over the Mel thing. While I think Mel is, at best, a lunatic, I think it's awesome that Jodie has stuck by him while not trying to make excuses for him. In a profession where popularity is EVERYTHING, it would have been more beneficial to her to have turned her back on him. Speaking out as his friend after his very public outburst was an incredibly brave thing to do, as the majority of the world hates him.

@RJ - I see what you're saying. There's something to be said for loyalty, but I gotta wonder if her "support" of him isn't related to her desire to recoup all the money she just spent on having him in her movie.
Since Jodie's comments, I really wonder if Mel was her sperm donor. They really fell hard for each other back then, friend-wise. Mel had plenty of his own kids already.
The main reason though, is that I don't see Jodie as being the kind of person who would leave a sperm donation and her children's identities to the chance of anonymity.
It is JMO from watching the way she likes to control her business, her movies, her public exposure, and the rest.
I wonder if anyone else thinks this is possible, or crazy?
@ the stoller thing, I always laugh when I am pushing an empty stroller around and walk past another parent doing the same thing and we give each other a knowing smile/nod.

I'd hate to tell you how many times I've carried a kid, heavy purse, diaper bag, and pushed a damn stroller. The only thing worse is when the kid is barely walking and insists on pushing the stroller so they can bang into everybody and everything!

i'm glad Rumer is growing her hair out and keeping it long. it really makes her look alot better in the face.
and i DESPISE that look that the Beib's is sporting. the skinny jeans and the big floppy loosely tied shoes. so many kids on my school bus are copying it, and it looks so bad! but i'm sure my bus driver thought the same about my baby doll dresses and doc martens, haha
