Justin Bieber Baby Mama Drama Continues
Yesterday morning it was revealed that Mariah Yeater had dropped her paternity action and lost her attorneys and it looked as if Justin could focus on explaining to Selena how come he really does only last 30 seconds. Instead, several hours after the story broke, Mariah's new Chicago based lawyer said Mariah is still trying to secure a paternity test but are attempting to do so outside the court process. See, what they want to do is keep it confidential. They think if they agree to keep everything confidential that Justin will settle and give up some money. The problem with that train of thought is that you are expecting Mariah to stay quiet. If all of a sudden this goes away and you see Mariah driving her baby around in a Range Rover, what are you going to think? You are going to think she either stole it from Kendall Jenner or she got paid by Justin. Why would she get paid by Justin? Oh, the baby is his. Even if it is not his her lawyer thinks Justin might pay if the story stays quiet, but it can't. Mariah might keep her mouth shut but her actions will not. Justin is not going to pay.

I just don't get this little dork's appeal. He's a pre-pubescent brat. Anyone who goes down this road might as well be a pedophile.
Her text messages are already on TMZ this morning revealing she's promising to kick some settlement money some peoples way for keeping their mouths shut about the scam.
Hopefully whatever papers have already paid her will sue her for fraud after Bieber gets his legal share.

so if the entire thing is a ploy to get money from him to "keep her quiet", its a poorly thought out scheme. if he KNOWS its not his why would he pay her off? of course he'd take the DNA test and prove her wrong.
she just picked the wrong target. if you want money to go away, you pick someone where it may be a bit believable. ashton kutcher, for example, would have made more sense as far as believability goes. and he may even panic "did i sleep with her when i was effed up? could this be my kid" and therefore MAYBE pay her to go away. but not the biebs.
@Cathy, I know, right? When I was 18-19 I think I was looking at my age or early 20's. And from a celebrity crush perspective, I was going as high as early 30's (oh hello Kevin Costner, when he first came on the scene). And while I may have thought some of those teen boys (back in the late 80's) may have been cute, I would never have considered them as a potential love interest. Yuck.
They need to sue her for extortion. And if she is mental enough to do what she did, maybe they need to to let someone else take care of the baby, I mean she might be one of these woman that puts her kid in a microwave because the voices in her head told her to.
I wish he would just take the test....then he could sing from the rooftops & sue this girl (if she really is lying).

Why not take a paternity test? Wouldn't that be the quickest/simplest route?
But again, why is this getting any press at ALL? And if it's that easy, why doesn't every girl who attends a show and is pregnant soon thereafter claim the same thing?

This whole thing is ridiculous. It's like I can just go around and declare that Jon Bon Jovi or Jon Hamm fathered my baby because I need some cash. What the fuck?? How does this woman sleep at night?
You know what, I don't blame Justin Bieber for not taking a paternity test. Why the fuck should he even acknowledge this scam artist?
I think he should take the test and when it comes back that he isn't the father - do a remake of Billy Jean. All the Bieber fans would send it off the charts buying it.
He's still out of the country, but he will be doing that test the minute he gets back to California. This is going to work out well for the Biebs, and he'll get all of his fans to buy another piece of merchandise to show their love and loyalty to him.
I said last week that someone needs to call CPS on this woman, and examine her finances as well to keep her off of public assistance.
