Excluding living breathing people/animals, I'd say my washing machine. Any other gadget or appliance I could unhappily deal with not having, but I cloth diaper and would LOSE MY DAMN MIND if I had to go to a laundromat every other day.
Google. I love google. So informative.

My tunes. Whatever gadget of the day I'm using to get to my tunes. Currently it's my ipod. Life without my tunes would be hell on earth.
Floss pickers. I love the feeling of clean teeth.
My hair extensions. Otherwise I'm not vain (I can live without makeup, fancy clothes, etc.), but I just feel absolutely hideous and fat without them on.
My iPhone. Its pathetic .... I can't ever be without it.
Lately, my glasses. Otherwise I'd say laptop.

I love my whisk. I use for scrambled eggs, cake mix, gravy, any batter, jello- u name it, and my whisk can grt the lumps out!!
sadly, cannot be separated from my car and my cell phone. Actually, could take public transport, but cannot replace my phone. Heck, it even vibrates. hee!

I've had an iPhone since the day they came out. The Remote app works with my Apple TV and it's golden.

Books, I carry one with me where ever I go..you never know if I'll be waiting for someone, something, or a bus..and mints..I carry a package of mints in my bag. It's generally known I've got a pack or two in my purse at all times..old habit picked it up from my mother

Used it on the beach in SLO and when my cousin and I hiked Laurel Canyon this past weekend. Then used it to store Wild Turkey for a party in Westwood.
You can walk around with it and nobody even notices it. Taken it to Bars (Yup, I'm that cheap or drink too much) Clubs, Ballgames, Restaurants and Concerts. I even got popped with it in SF one night, but the cops let me go 'cause I was at least kind enough to try and hide my drink in public. They even said it was nifty and told me to walk straight home =)
My Badger lip balm. I keep one in my pocket, one in my purse and one in my bedroom. I can live without my iPhone, but just barely.
A book.
My PC. It's old, it's slow, but it has been my baby for almost 14 years. I read books, watch TV and movies, make calls, do everything with it.
I take a laptop and the iphone to our beach house in the summer, but I can't wait to come home to my beloved tower.
My dryer is also broken. None in diapers but a family of 5 and no dryer+humidty just sucks!!!
Creative ZEN Mozaic MP3 Player. I commute to work by train and it keeps me sane so i can drown out the coffee clutch crowds and their retarded conversations.
