I guess it is karma. The nanny that is taking care of the baby of this C+ list mostly movie actress who used to be B list is also taking care of her the boyfriend of the actress. Apparently the 8 hours a day they were spending together led to this. What would make this really interesting is if the nanny is pregnant. She told her friend they are not using protection.

The line about Karma made me think of her
But, Sienna was previously cheated on by the nanny and Jude Law--so that wouldn't be considered karma, it would be history repeating itself. The way this is worded, it sounds like the actress was a nanny who cheated with someone else's boyfriend, and is now having the same done to her.

I highly doubt that Tom Sturridge, who himself is an actor, is spending 8 hours a day with a nanny. The wording makes me think the boyfriend is the sort of guy who lives off his celeb girlfriend

@lzahart - Claire Danes and Billy Campbell had a thing while his Baby Mama Mary Louise Parker was pregnant. Although, Danes is A list with Homeland now.

And I think the dude she's married to now was married or in a relationship when they got together. So I'm expecting some cheating karma to come to Clare at some point... but yeah, this clearly is not her.... yet.

If its Miller, the karma reference is re. the lengthy affair she had with the married Balthazar Getty, which nearly ended his marriage.

Sturridge recently finished a play in London and is rehearsing for one in NYC. No doubt he is hiding behind the curtains and furniture, hoping Alec Baldwin won't notice him there. I doubt he has time to romance the nanny.

This seems to be Sienna/Tom's nanny, so probably not them... Also Tom is quite busy in rehearsals for his play in NYC.

@Topper: I think it refers to Sienna stealing Balthazar Getty from another woman. After that her career was in the crapper, because she was seen as the number 1 homewrecker.
And Jude cheated on Sadie with a nanny, then on Sienna with a nanny, and then Sienna stole Getty from his wife, etc etc etc.
