Today's Blind Items - They Never Spoke Again
In the world of movie making there is certainly a lot of on set romances that fade away to nothing after all is said and done. One actress has had two on set romances and when they were over never heard from her co-stars again. One, in which the now A+ list mostly movie co-star was married was especially painful because he had told the then B+ list mostly movie actress and now a lucky to be asked to make a movie C lister that he was going to leave his wife. There was a lot of random sex going on in the movie and our actress was not immune to the goings on, and either was the actor. Our actress had seen our actor hooking up with a variety of extras and people with small roles, but big breasts and it was only when the actor told our actress that he just wanted her and none of the others that she gave in. After they had hooked up, she thought that was the end of it and then he started talking about leaving his wife and our actress responded and they spent three months of filming together. When it ended though, he never spoke to her again and she never tried to talk to him again. He said he would call and didn't. She says that she was crushed for about six months and when the time came to do press the only way she could get through it and say nice things about the actor was to do a bunch of coke. She did voluminous amounts at that period and needed reconstructive surgery to her nose.

I don't know how well the ratings fit but Sylvester Stalline put Sharon Stone in the Casino movie because he wanted her in bed and the sex in the shower scene turned out pretty hot. Second co -star for her Michael Douglas.

Lots of sex in that--I know because I've gif'd a lot of the scenes. Also, Kate's nose looks worked on, and I think Bale's marriage was on the rocks there for a year or two.
Patrick Swayze was perfect in life and in death. Not him!
I don't think Enty means that there was a lot of random sex in the movie. I think it was that there was a lot of sex going on during filming. Enty has limited grammatical skills. *G*
Rooney hasn't been demoted grade-wise though so doesn't fit.

The only problem with Dasha's guess is that Beckinsale had a young daughter at the time, and Enty tends to mention the kid(s) if mom is a coke fiend. Otherwise, it does seem to fit.
Is there anyway we can make Lara Flynn Boyle work for the actress?
The last line has me calling BS on the blind. I guess the quality of the drugs could have something to do with it, but I find it hard to believe that someone would need reconstructive surgery from a few months of excessive use. Enty's drug-related blinds are always so over the top and always involve the worst-case scenario outcome of drug use, that I don't think any of them are true anymore.
I am going with Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner for Romancing the stone..this is a long known thing. He had sex with her like crazy and told her he would leave his wife. he had a really bad marriage with Diandra at the time.
Then he dropped her..
and then she had to do another movie with him and it was terrible!

Laurel Canyon was filmed in 2001 (and the filming lasted 4 weeks),Beckinsale was not B+ list at this time , Bale was just a newly husband and there is no nudity or big breast in the movie

I like the Kathleen Turner/Michael Douglas guess. They ended up doing two more movies together, and now she never talks about him.

The only problem with this blind is Kathleen Turner was newly married in 1984, but it could have been a rebound after being dumped by Douglas.

@Dasha thought of them too love that movie. Not sure though if Kate B fits; the other on-set romance for her that Enty mentioned would have been her now-husband who directed her in Underworld, and he certainly didn’t ignore her afterwards. And despite his vile temperament I can’t see Bale chasing extras and busty groupies round set, not his style.
plus she and Bale had previously worked together and she was still with Michael Sheen at the time they made LC I believe. I think this would’ve been mentioned.
I get a big budget vibe re the movie in question. Arnold-Stone isn’t a bad guess.
The blind only says she did voluminous amounts during that time, not that it was the only time she'd used, it is entirely possible that whoever she is could have snorted 20 yrs, & it put it over the top, requiring her to fix the issue around that time.
Has Rooney had surgery? I had heard they hooked up but he was with his gf at the time.
