I agree with the Klum @ the AMA's guess but maybe it is one of the guys from 5 Seconds of Summer. Some of them look rough including the one with the pink hair.
Don't know who the model was, but Heidi is a good guess. The kid had to be Zayn from 1D. His legs are so frail, I'm not sure how he walks. You can pretty much tell from his face that he's got drug issues. I was thinking coke, but it could be heroin
It's also interesting if Heidi, how she would recognise heroin sickness, was Seal on it then?
