Keeping the legs crossed kind of gives it away.
Could be a number of actresses but my guess is jennifer annistan with a secondary guess for anne hathawauly.
I immediately thought Sharon Stone as well. She is the only former A + actor that turns up at upmarket charity events. I wonder how many of these actresses and models earn more from escorting than modeling/ acting. It seems more lucrative than their day jobs.
