Wow, that blind is about as vague as can be. What sport? My guess is there have been and will continue to be many, many, many in-the-closet male superstar athletes for a variety of sports.
Who really cares? As long as they play the sport they're paid to play and play it to the best of their abilities and don't make their sexuality (straight or gay) or other off-field antics the center of attention.
