Someone from the family of this B+ list celebrity offspring needs to step in and cut her off from her current significant other. He is slowly killing himself and the longer she hangs out with him, the more likely she will end up dead too.

Hailey Baldwin & Justin Bieber. Rumor has it that he is still on major drugs and she engages with him to stay close with him. She is a little OBSESSED! She is known for doing coke with her girlfriends Kendall, Gigi, Bella...ect but now I think she has ventured into more elicit drugs with him. They both use the Hilsong cult thing to divert public/fans attention from his odd behavior and his low key partying. I feel his drug use will eventually come out soon because he is already canceling shows in London and now in Canada.
@ trisha I agree, it could also be Gigi & Joe. It seems he has been lost lately in his career and I am thinking his continuous drug use has a lot to do with. But its not like she down graded from Cody to Joe because Cody looks like he is going through a downward spiral with drugs as well. She definitely has a type!
Hmmm,that's not good if true.Hailey seems too lightweight(fragile-like) to handle alot of heavy duty drugs,binging or long term.
-TMZ is reporting that Justin's People cancelled his Show in Canada b/c the Promoters didn't pay him $200,000.00 on Thursday as agreed in their Contract.-So,Simply a Breach Of Contract Matter..but now I'm curious why he cancelled London.

@ Music Girl, one thing that's glaringly clear is that NOONE is hanging with Justin lately.Alot of pics of him alone or people he's just randomly met to hang out with(ie: partying w/girls on the boat)
On a previous reveal it was joe Joan's who overdosed and his friends brought him back. Gigi is starting to look rough too! Still gorgeous but different!
It must be nightmarish to have been at the top and within a couple of years, nothing. Has any other group fallen so fast. Still not a good idea to take away the pain with drugs but sympathies all around.
