It's only in the news if a publicist releases it. There are such a thing as hippa laws.
Number of A list porn actresses is absolutely tiny. Number who have had celebrity marriages, drug problems, and recently been in the public eye, even smaller. This has to be Jenna Jameson. . .don't think there is another "fit".
As to her hospitalization making the news, why on earth would it? She may not have even been hospitalized at all over this, and even if she were, hospitals are supposed to keep admissions and treatments private.
Unless she herself publicized such an admission, or some non-hospital employee recognized her and publicized it, there would be no way this would be reported in the news or anywhere else.
Privacy laws are supposed to prevent breach of confidentiality by patients.
The problem is they don't always apply, nor are they always strictly followed.
EG, if you're standing on the corner and happen to see Rock Star X walk through the front door into a rehab or plastic surgery clinic, there is nothing preventing you from reporting that, or even taking a picture. This is part of the reason why celebrity rehab clinics are usually in remote places, and when they're not celebrities sometimes take pains to disguise their appearances going into and out of such places.
Within hospitals, employees and staff are absolutely prohibited from breaching medical confidentiality in any way. Despite that, people are people, and sometimes it happens anyway. In some cases, celebrities in medical facilities are recognized by visitors or other patients, who don't necessarily feel so bound to confidentiality requirements.
She was also admitted under her real name. Without that make up people may not even know her. Who knows.
False. Apart from her being sober, healthy and happy, Jenna has been with her fiancé and stepsons enjoying the holidays.
Daily pics and videos of them eating out, visiting Disneyland and other attractions etc.
The boys only flew back home today. Jenna isn't living that lifestyle.
Isn't her or is a false accusation.
