I am not sure if you would call Delta a reality star (trouble with the law)/celebrity/Judge. That's because she is more an actress (Neighbours as Nina Tucker) and a singer. She did was a judge on The Voice.

Tulisa was my first guess. For someone who hasn't been on TV in a while, she sure is spending a lot on surgery and other flashy things. Anyone who can get one over Cowell can dispose of Lohan in two seconds.
Tulisa's a drug dealer and was Cowell's supplier for a long time. Simon is more scared of his drug use coming out than he is that his closet door will swing open. That's why he stuck by Tulisa when she was busted for drugs. As far as I know the 'she's his mistress' thing was just more Cowell Closet PR.
Tulisa taking up where Lohan left off is no surprise. Whores, drugs, low-life behavior, it must be Mr. Married Guy's taste along with heavy BDSM.
