The only thing holding back this A list mostly television actress on a very hit network show from pulling the plug on her marriage is the people who will say, “I told you so.” There is also the issue of the pre-nup. Some people say there is not one which could cost her millions.

They both seem insufferable.
She's well rid of him. She can recoop whatever she has to pay him easily. Maybe she will try to get to know someone before getting married next time and good luck finding someone now that is not a gold digger. I don't find anything wrong with her except that she is young, pretty and rich.
She's apparently not very bright. Nothing wrong with young, pretty and rich. But stupid? Intolerable.
Without a prenup, he would only be entitled to 50% of whatever earnings or property were accumulated during the marriage, which was very brief. He is not entitled to whatever property she brought into the marriage, and I doubt she'll have to pay him spousal support. Financially, she'll be fine.
If Kaley wants to take some down-time and venture out to Texas, I'll be more than happy to host her and console her as she works to get over her broken marriage -- no strings attached :) She can teach me bikram yoga and I can teach her the finer points of consuming tequila.
She signed a $90 million deal just last year. He's probably entitled to some of that. Honestly, I got gold-digger vibes from him all through the marriage, and desperate vibes from her. She seems like she's not too bright.

California is a community property state. If she signed a $90MM contract while married to him and without a pre-nup then $45MM is his.
