This A- list mostly movie actor from an acting family had a penis pump in his checked suitcase. A TSA officer discovered it when doing random checks of bags on the flight. Very much against the rules, the officer took a photo of the bag tag with the item in it.

I think it means taking the picture was wrong.
Everybody knows that you keep your penis pump in your carry-on. Especially on long flights. Sheesh!
