She dresses like a middle school stripper (not surprising considering she's admitted to getting her clothes at porn stores and stripper shops) and she sings like she doesn't have a tongue. This isn't even a personal opinion, it's an opinion across the board, including people who like her "music". I'm sure her voice is pleasing to some people, but she needs to learn to enunciate.
ALSO - I take huge issue with her "One Last Time" song. If she wants to be taken seriously as an artist and not a giant who, she should reconsider the message of the songs she "sings". If I understand the lyrics correctly, she screwed over a boyfriend and he's moved on. He's happy with a girl who gives him everything she couldn't or whatever. But now poor slutbag Ariana is sad his dick isn't hers, so she's begging for "one last time" or whatever. She doesn't care if she "doesn't have your heart", she "just wants to wake up in your arms". She puts off a gross, unpleasing image and then complains that people are "haters" and whatever. Ugh, if I could punch any celebrity, it would be Ariana, with Demi Lovato in a tight second place.
