Look for this former A list tweener turned bad actress/decent singer to suffer from a relapse of her “disease,” and need to go away for a month. Maybe this time she can learn to remember the proper treatments she was supposed to have had.

As we were reading from Zac Efron stans here yesterday--Zac's ex-beard Sami Miro is working as a stylist for Selena now. Sami was supposed to be Zac's sober buddy when they hooked up. Instead he went back to using. Selena seems to be now with her breakdowns lately (could be because her friend got killed too) and, ooops, there's Sami over there.
