Selena has a doctor on tour with her to monitor her lupus activity in her body to prevent potential flare ups and one way is to draw blood and check her CBC & ESR count. I have Lupus, and I honestly don't see how cocaine would be any worse for me than it is for regular people. Unless Lupus was attacking your heart or something. Obviously, I don't think it would be a great idea,and I haven't tried it myself, but I think it's possible. You're right about the needle marks. They could be from blood draws or various infusions that can be helpful for Lupus patients.
