It's probably supposed to be Taylor and Drake and Karlie and Kendall, but I think these celebrities' social media is more controlled than that. Karlie and Kendall are going to both do the Victoria Secret show and having them together in public brings attention to that. And they probably are friends of a sort - they work together occasionally.
Taylor's puclicist leaked that she and Drake were not dating, just friends hanging out at his bday party, to Gossip Cop the day after it happened. And Karlie posted a "sultry" pic of her and Taylor wishing Drake a late bday. It's all planned. They are playing with social media.
Taylor and Drake or Taylor and Zac Efron neither one is true.

Taylor isn't trying to "push" a RS with Drake, that's something the tabs just made up because she went to his party. In fact, she's trying to use the party pics (which Karlie posted) to let fans know, on the downlow, that they're still together. Did you not notice the gold "angel wings" temporary tattoo Taylor had on her back? Indicating that she's interested in a VS Angel, just as Karlie's putting the sunflowers (3rd anniversary flower) in the Skype pics on her birthday was a sign that they're counting the relationship as still active.
And Karlie wouldn't dump Taylor for Kendall, anyhow. She might pull back on the RS (because it's looking like Trump will be elected and becoming Ivanka's sister-in-law by marrying Josh Kushner is seeming more attractive by the day) but if she changed lovers, she'd probably go back to someone inside fashion (is her ex, Toni Garrn, currently single?) rather than Kendall, who will always have so many spotlights on her. The basketball "date" was promo for VSFS, nothing more.

And Trump's definitely winning this; Clinton's up by a whopping 1% at the moment, with the trends running against her, and another week for the FBI to drive away her supporters. Not to mention whatever WikiLeaks has been saving up for last; some say it's proof that HRC went with Bill to Jeffrey Epstein's Pedophile Island, for example.
And don't forget the "shy Tory" effect, as they call it in Britain; when people are being shamed for publicly admitting that they might vote conservative, they just keep quiet about it. Even more likely with all the dirt that's been thrown on Trump.
