This second tier OITNB actress keeps threatening to leave the show if she doesn’t get more screen time and a bigger raise. I don’t think she understands that she is not that much in demand and is very replaceable.

Well, she is absolutely necessary for at least the first five minutes of Season 5.
True. They could easily kill her off though. It would be interesting to see if they would treat her and Poussey's death differently.
