His greatest success though has been through reality television in his country and a past relationship he exploited the hell out of for publicity. Now, with someone else, he was cheating on his wife with another woman, while his wife was in the hospital.

I'd guess Peter André. He was a singer (don't know if he still sings), he was a contestant in "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!" where he met Katie Price. That relationship was definitely very public. I think his current wife is pregnant or just had a child.
Peter Andre is the first person who came to mind.

It probably is PA - his wife had a baby in the past few days. That said he's Australian so all the stuff about being successful in reality shows in his own country etc is incorrect (unless he has a super secret reality career in Australia as a sideline)
A scum-body who has no respect for himself, his wife, or the floozy he's screwing while the wife is sick.
