This barely legal celebrity offspring with the drug problem was so wasted earlier this week that she crashed through a wine tasting shop and broke about a dozen bottles of wine and several tables. She had been told she was too young to drink there and was in the process of leaving when it went down.

Were the wine bottles broken by accident (as in stumbling intoxicated) on her way out; or on purpose because she was angry at being refused?
Yes the writing on this site is so confusing. My mind assumed she crashed a car but clearly I'm wrong. Some clarification would be helpful.
Ok.. So I guess they are pretty much letting her destroy herself. What a shame.
