The debut of brand new breasts for this A- list mostly television actress on a very long running hit network show. Her sham of a husband didn't seem all that impressed. He was more concerned about swiping right on dating apps all night looking for someone to meet up with after.

Hmmm... sounds like Kerry because of the sham husband comment, but breast implants?!? She claims to be breast feeding or "pumping" in her own words. Was Sophia's husband even present??

I say Kerry Washington. She just had a baby, which would explain her "new" breasts, she and her hubby act like they barely know each other, he always has his phone glued to his hand, and he's rumored to be gay, which would explain why he doesn't care about her boobs. Scandal is about to begin its 6th season so I guess that counts as long-running.
Kerry's husband was seated next to her and her boobs did look huge. Not implants but like a mom who is breast feeding.
