This oft fired comedian/actor is going to be fired again and might even get a lawsuit headed his way as a bonus. He is currently on a pay cable show but he trashed the world and his boss and is probably back on drugs again.

Sad state he's in.
Seems his life evolves around drugs and he can't get out of it.
Not probably Entern--is. The best thing that could happen is for him to get fired, run out of money to use to buy drugs and thus have to go to rehab. In other words, he needs to hit rock bottom.
I'm actually a little in awe of Artie. Heroin problem, drinking problem, coke problem, weight problem, clinical depression. And yet: still alive!
The human body is an amazing machine and it can withstand a metric ton of abuse.
Oh yeah, Artie, get help.
Not to mention the multiple suicide attempts
Artie is a funny guy. Its really too bad that his addiction overpowers his career commitments. Hope he gets the help he needs but it may be too late.
Oft fired means oft hired... so that's what is puzzling to me.
People seem to like him (I don't get that, I've been over him for 20 years already), and as long as somebody thinks they can make money off him, he's going to get hired.
Not eure what boss this is referring to. Podcasts are self actualized and crashing was just a guest stint. The nature of the show only allows a few overlapped episodes. Unless Apatow offered a developement deal...seems unlikely.
It's probably not the best thing for him. He tried to kill himself a few years back. I don't think revisiting those depths a 2nd time would be any better for him. He needs all sorts of professional help.
Sometimes I wish I could stick my hand out for these poor bastards. I had to write my kids off. Both my children are crack heads.
