This married B- list actress who only gets that high because of her A list name and not because of any work she has done in the past five years misses when she was called world’s sexiest so has started calling paps when she is wearing something will get her on lists or websites that specialize in that kind of thing.

Strange - I've only seen her wearing dowdy clothes in pap shots
Google image search over the past month, shows nothing but frump in pap shots. Is a t shirt, jeans & a blazer hot right now?

You sure? Biel's pap shots are some of the worst. So much so that I barely recognize her on red carpets. I wouldn't recognize her without Justin. Maybe that's the point of the pap strolls instead. Maybe she's reminding people she has a career. Easily forgettable, so that's not a bad move.
I don't buy this, she calls the paps, but to promote her restaurant, and she's going for a mom image. Jessica Alba and Eva Longoria were posing in swimsuits, to show they still got it.
She always has had some of the worst sense of 'style'.
I think she's trying to appeal to the basic crowd. Football watching types
I like her. She seems nice.
