Brad Womack Proposed To Ex Before Leaving For Bachelor
I hate the show The Bachelor but love the news that comes with the show. This one seems pretty normal for what we usually see in news accompanying each cycle. Brad Womack's ex says that about two weeks before leaving to film The Bachelor he asked his now ex-girlfriend to marry him. He had been asking her all summer to marry him, and even when he was filming the show where he says he found love he was e-mailing his ex and saying he loved her and wanted to marry her.
So, of course the ex had to find a tabloid and sell her story so that way other women would know how awful Brad is and of course try to make a name for herself too. Maybe she wants to be on The Bachelorette. What if she had said yes? Would he have still gone on the show? Of course he would have and tried to keep it quiet. He was not going to turn down the paycheck or the publicity or the women trying their best to get attention by coming on to him. The show is basically seeing how low you are willing to go to get attention while pretending you are not. That is why Flavor Of Love and Rock Of Love are more real. Everyone knows they need to go low and they don't hide it.

Reality Steve who scoops all things Bachelor/ette has been saying for weeks something big was coming down the pipeline with the tabloids.
I guess this is it, not really surprised. You stick 150k in a guy's face he is going to take that over an engagement. Brad has always been creepy to me. I can't watch this season at all.
He looks like that loud-mouthed guy on American Pie to me. Who told him that the 5 o'clock shadow look was cute? Scratchy.
So, forgive my ignorance, but is he on the show now?

Yep, he's the current Bachelor on right now. They are about mid way through the season.

He's the guy that was the bachelor a few seasons ago and didn't propose to either girl so everyone gave him a bunch of sh-t for it and now he's on this season with a recurring "therapist" who is supposedly helping him through all his issues so he'll be able to find the love of his life and wife this time....bunch o'crap
Timebob, I am kinda over him after this one. He said yesterday something like "It will be like the proverbial train hitting the tricycle." But this kind of thing happens almost every season. Soooo disappointed.
The guy in the picture looks like Brad's twin. Ya, I know too much about this crap.
I don't watch the whole Bachelor/Bachelorette series. AT ALL...because honestly..look at this guy. He has douchebag written all over him. Every time I see an ad for the new upcoming season I take one look at the main contestant and say to myself "yuck" and continue on in my day. Maybe if the producers would get their heads out of their arses and find a decent contestant I would try and watch one here or there..but as it stands..ABC this is what you think America wants in a mate? Thanks..I will shoot for the nerdy guy in the corner and pass..

The Bachelor is the most contrived "reality" show on TV. So much of it is set up or pre-recorded. I watched one season, the one with Vienna and Ali, and I spent more time picking out all the mistakes after reality Steve pointed them out. It was much more fun than the actual show.
And Chris Harrison is a pompous douche.
I do get a kick out of Reality Steve repeatedly pointing out that the therapist is the former drummer from Go West. :)
Brad claims that the aftermath of the last Bachelor were enough to send him into extensive therapy & become somewhat reclusive. SO WHY THE HELL WOULD HE GO ON THERE AGAIN???
With that reveal in mind, it kind of makes sense who he supposedly picks. They'll make a lovely couple.
