Justin Bieber Almost Hits Kid While Driving Too Fast

Neighbors have been complaining about Justin Bieber and his driving for a long time. It is what might get Justin his first mug shot. Yesterday, despite all the warnings, he was back at it again, driving through the neighborhood at really high speeds. At one point he almost hit a child who was playing in the street and the police were called who went to Bieber's house and warned him in person. Apparently there were ten different neighbors who called about him yesterday. Why doesn't he go rent a racetrack somewhere? Too far away from his drugs? Diaper pants not big enough for real racing? I can't wait until he goes through puberty.
