I guess it's nice that Leto isn't just outright hiring a replacement, like a vote of confidence that Shannon (is that his name) will get sober again and it's just a temporary setback.

It sounds like 30STM. Shannon has shown up for every gig, though. He's never missed one, except for the times that he was going through a tough time and they planned accordingly. He's never just not shown up.

I agree this is 30STM. Shannon has a drug or alcohol abuse problem.
Just saw 30STM recently and got to meet Jared and Shannon. Shannon is definitely healthy and no one was replaced with any machines.
No Doubt . Gwen being the famous one outside of the band. Who knows who replaced by computer, I guess the drummer.

it's 30 seconds to mars, jared replaced shannon with recorded drums this summer on their european tour. now shannon has relapsed and he's doing the same thing. they have a few more shows remaining on their american tour and then they will go to south america but i doubt shannon will make it. he's far too addicted to cocaine and oxy at this point.
I saw them in Texas last week and Shannon could barely speak or walk straight, but he played the drums like a maniac so maybe he had a hit.
