Signed with Interscope. That's a label with a troubled history.
I know this is supposed to be Selena but I wouldn't exactly call her music career a failure. Her latest single is in the top 20 on iTunes and she's gotten a fair amount of radio play over the years.

Vanessa Hudgens hasn't signed with any record label. Sounds more like Hilary Duff. She was spending all her time going to a recording studio, and put out several music videos. Now she's filming some show in NY. Seems like she's given up on the music.
