Not to be that person in the discussion, but she may see it as a twisted form of therapy for her issues. Psychologists use dialectical behavioral therapy for borderline personality (which I personally think she has, based on interviews) and it's a way to safely get through a phase where a person may overheat, self-harm, etc.
She may also be doing it as a general critique of her performances & wants to see whether her fans agree or disagree with the comments.

She's got real talent. I hope she can get and keep her shit together, eventually. Now that you mention it, RahRah, I can see signs of BPD in her, but I really hope you're wrong, because it's really hard to deal with.
