This former A list mostly movie actress who held that listing for about a year and is only famous for one role and has kept her name on the A list recognition scale because of that one movie needs plastic surgery on her nose from some coke damage. She doesn't have much nose left so I don't know how this is going to work. One thing that hasn't slowed though is her coke use.

Sharon Stone?
Hey Aeol. She sprang to mind because of Something about Mary launching to her to A list. But nothing since has merited it (more or less). Also she has already had a few nose procedures she says were for "breaks she suffered from snowboarding, and there was some speculation about it.etc). She may have slowed down, but I know she liked her coke.
Definitely Sharon Stone. Cameron has at least half a dozen roles that stand out and I dont see Ellen Page being a coke whore.

Stone was first thought..but barkin fits too..and she's consistently getting work done, so it's hard to tell
I'm no Sharon Stone fan, but I don't think she would be doing loads of coke. Or drugs of any kind. She had a brain hemorrhage a few years ago, surely she knows better.
Add to that, Sharon has a beautiful nose that doesn't look like it's been messed with.

Ellen Barkin is an interesting guess, though I can't imagine her keeping a coke problem going under the orthodox traditions of her ex, Ron Perelman.
