This A list actor is A list in movies and television and even commercials. Nasty temper. He has been away from his wife for about a week now and he couldn’t be happier. It isn’t about the cheating for him. I mean he probably would, but apparently it means he can eat whatever he wants without his wife yelling at him or having him go on another cleanse. He’s probably packed on 15 pounds in the ten days he has been gone.

Although I think Alec is just chronically unhappy, regardless of who he's shtupping.
With that 1% drop in testosterone after age 30 in men, by 57 the "haze of horniness" has often lifted and they see women a lot more realistically than when they were in, say, their 20's. Seeing Hilarious in an objective light would probably make me favor savory, chef-prepared meals over endless sex (I have to think a bit more about that last statement, but I'm pretty sure I agree with myself...).

I don't understand how the gold digger/fame whore wears the pants in their family. Alec brings money, fame and a wicked temper to the relationship and he's getting brow beat by a yoga instructor (no offense to yoga instructors, gold diggers or fame whores). I would've expected him to lose his temper and kick her to the curb long before this.
I have no great love for Alec Baldwin but his wife annoys the hell out of me. I get he's in his 50's, male mid-life crisis, plus the probably super flexible younger woman etc etc, but this chick seems like work. He's still got fame and money, there are plenty of willing women out there. Who knows, maybe he digs letting her hold the whip? Just a mystery.

Murph, I think aside from his CRAZY temper and personality (which are beyond hard to deal with) he is a bit more monogamous than most of Hollywood and wants someone who will stick around, so in exchange for tolerating his mood swings, he has to tolerate their BS too. When he was with Basinger, and with Hilarious, he seemed publicly loyal, not interested in casual anything with a groupie who would then instagram their private texts or pics of him he didn't know she was taking. He strikes me as very careful and discreet.
