This A list mostly movie actor had a long run on a hit network television show while making movies. He said at a party recently that he has no recollection of even doing a famous character he did the voice work on because he was so wasted during filming.

Segel is A list??
Because of How I Met Your Mother he is A list but he isn't A list in movies. I think he's really mostly TV.

He was/is A list movie. He opened and starred in a couple (forgetting sarah marshall, gullivers travels). Enty's guide says that makes you A list.
Is Vector from Despicable Me really count as a famous cartoon character? Gru and the Minions, maybe, but not Vector.
