Yup. Too many 2 x + moms have told me they started showing much, much earlier with subsequent pregnancies. As in: first pregnancy showing @5 months; second less than three months. Bet KTrash won't show until they need another publicity bump.
Maybe they feel threatened and will move to the unknown quaint country of Amsterdam and hide out until her baby is born for her health sake? You know, film privately.. much closer to Europe? HAHA
It's going to be fun examining all the pics! You can't fake swollen feet and ankles! Well, I suppose you can but. . . I doubt Kim will go to that extreme. :) She HATED being pregnant the 1st time!
There will be a "pregnancy scare". Kim will go to a hospital, probably in a foreign country. When she emerges from the hospital or "bed rest" she will miraculously have an apparent belly that more closely matches what her supposed pregnant body should look like. It's all smoke and mirrors.
She will borrow Bey's pillow and the world will be fooled.

Well Kim's natural potbelly fat can be passed off as a baby for a while.
I'm counting down the days until the fake miscarriage on the fake pregnancy.
I think we'll know she's faking it if she never develops "pregnancy face." I've never seen anyone, regardless of age and starting weight who didn't show her pregnancy in her face. It doesn't just get chubby, everything sort of widens and looks thicker. It's weird, but it happens.
Kim said, often, how much she hated being pregnant & said she'd "never do it again." Of course she's renting a womb!
I agree with Cousin Eddie. There will be some made up pregnancy scare and she will 'be ordered on bed rest'. Kim has a history of lying about her pregnancy medical issues.
After a reasonable amount of time she will emerge with a baby bump. When the surrogate gives birth (hopefully healthy) we will all be universally astounded by her post baby body.

Certain documents discovered and read while waiting in line at SupaBarn told me that Kimye are having two more babies both due around the same time. Kim is incubating one, and the other will be birthed by a surrogate.
You start showing immediately on your 2nd baby. Especially since she is so short, she is either not pregnant or wearing very tight spanx.
