Tune me in to whatever Federal Government program would provide a grant to open a clothing store in Atlantic City. I'd really like to know. I have some "business opportunities" in mind that I'd like to pursue, but definitely don't want to put my own capital at risk.

If you wish to explore Government program structures, or to whom it applies go for it...:)Maybe shes looking to employ people in a "work/release" situation....her son is a candidate, I believe?
