I have family members who used to work in the music video industry in the 80s.
They worked with Billy Idol at his heyday. He became a friend of theirs and often spent the weekend at their country house.
Their mother was also living there (very elderly lady). Billy Idol was her favourite guest because he always found the time to make her a nice cup of tea and have a chat with her.
@godspeed Nice to hear that! Billy always seemed like a nice, down to earth bloke.
Oh Billy, I loved him even tho he was cheesy, white wedding was brilliant. Why get a facelift he looked fine!
