There are always rumors she's a junkie, she's dying, etc., but it does seem more like anorexia which often is a symptom of borderline personality disorder which she seems to have (according to her father at least).

She has been too skinny for years...but unless she has very recently lost more weight, she actually looked noticeably fuller in June at the AU Summit.

she has a thing about food since she sees so many children who has no food at all, she feels guilty about eating, when so many are hungry.
Of course she blames her intense desire to be the skinniest bitch in Hollywood, on the poor starving children, anything she can use to bolster her narcissism and suck poor Brad into her bs.
It's sad because she is gorgeous when she is heavier, I personally think she's on a maintenance heroin diet. I think she suks it up for her forays at the UN ...she loves to be important in the world news.
