I find this blind quite unsatisfyng, really. I mean, in the prenup she is required to have sex tot times a week. Ok...but, how many times? And it was a request by him or her? And it was done to guarantee a minimum or a maximum? Like, he said, darling, AT LEAST three times a week, or, she said:" no more than three times a week, honey," or the contrary, since she is anyway younger than him ( tough i find this hard to believe, since he is a past sex addict )?
And i wonder if this can be a reason to divorce, like " we had sex LESS ( or MORE than ) than established in the prenup, i demand a divorce!"
A pre-nup may protect the wealthy from gold-diggers, but it also makes prostitute out of your wife or husband.
Wonder if it STILL applies.
