But, what she is not telling anyone is that she has just put her name on a product she is selling for three times the cost of what the same company sells the same exact product for without her face on it.

The company that uses Kylie Jenner as the spokeperson/model for their lip shit marks up the product 3x as high as they do in other areas of the world where she isn't their spokesperson. Unless all the products are manufactured by the same company, then they simply carved out different usage rights for different territories. (Enty writing makes this difficult to determine).
