This A list red carpet host had to have several of her veneers replaced in an emergency over the weekend. She had to work the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. She probably would not need new veneers if she was not constantly throwing up what little food she eats.

I must say her dress choice was better than usual for her, as far as looking like a preying mantis goes. In my opinion.

I like that paired with what I use for her surname: Ghouliana Rancid.
My daughter has a Monster High doll named skelita, she's literally a skeleton, and if u blew her up to scale she'd look fat next to Guiliana. That ghouliana reference is spot on.
I can't STAND looking at that cadaver.

But she's always been fashion forward, visionary sublime.. ideally appearing one second from death while we worry and wait for her to keel over in a deadly faint..
The thing that creeps me out the most about Rancid (from vomit) is that hairline/forehead...why even bother to act like you have hair? It's the weirdest and starts at about her ears LOL. Her hair fell out I am sure from barfing her whole life.

her teeth will be the least of her problems. she's gonna do permanent damage to her esophagus. happens to tons of bulimics. need to have a replacement throat. NOT WORTH IT GIRL
The mirrors and heavy embroidery put pounds on her, she stuck out her leg and it looked almost normal..I'm sure she has been put on notice, because the gossip hurts ratings and people turn off.
Hope she can find a healthier weight she can live with.dont know how you can mother and wife etc, with such horrifying food issues.
