The way this is written this is no one else but Efron. since no other disney Star has made it to be considered A-B+ actor .The two you mention here are singers/part time actors.
If he did, it would be a lie. He can't even tell the truth in everyday life about simple things. Much less the real truth about and any scandals or secrets which I have heard are many.

Whoever it would be will no longer be a friend if he tells the real story about Zac and his life. After this the person would be hated by Zac . so I doubt it would be a longtime friend or BF unless they want money and a complete cutting of ties with Zac forever. Which if Efron screwed them then all is fair in love and war.
Maybe but it could be someone like his manager who would know and if he feels Efron has screwed him over (business wise) he also could be out for revenge. Of course he would have to do that anonymously since his career would be ruined too.
But this sounds like a threat ,blackmail and revenge which could be justified if promises were broken.

You are right but it's Hollyweird and it does matter. For a gay man that is a leading man it's professional suicide even in this day and age. The problem with the gay actors pretending is they go too far to look straight. They should just lie low and keep private but no they have to get the fake PR Gf and pose for the cameras.do the social media thing to remain relevant. So the public believes they are straight. It makes them a lie , their life a lie and most of all it hurts them to the point they can't stand to look in the mirror. Enter substance abuse to ease the pain to get through the lie everyday. Sad but true and if you hurt others , secret others they you have to be prepared to pay the piper. Always in life they are consequences for all actions good or bad.

Standing ovation, i am saying by loooong time that a thing is to be in the closet ( which thing should matter just the person in the closet) and having a beard, doing phoops ( with PARENTS, too! ) lying and deceiving people.

I have been hearing about this BF and how loyal and secretive he is for years.I keep seeing and hearing two names Win and David. I have even heard this is the same person.
My friend said back when Zac went to a private after party for he MTV movie awards Zac walked in with Sami but some guy named David walked in with Max Joseph and his wife.

people, it isnt about acceptance. international gross at the box office is everything. for leading men roles, that is a HUGE liability considering the homophobic attitude abroad, even here in western countries. a great example somebody used was, if there was a gay couple in star wars, and lets say for all the people that saw it, 1 in 10 were repulsed by the gay couple and decided not to see it. do you know how much money that would cost the studio?

It's ineffective for actors to parade around with a beard while trying to portray a "straight life" to the public and the industry. Having a beard and parading around for the paps, on red carpets and on social media doesn't work...it is not a game changer anymore. Fans know better and the industry people sure as hell know better. I absolutely wouldn't categorize Efron as an A-list talent although Enty often refers to him as such. His name is never seriously brought up in the mix for A-list parts anymore. He sure wasn't mentioned for the Hans Solo/Star Wars project although everyone else was. I'll say this-- his team is without exception one of the worse in the industry and it is a miracle that their mismanagement along with Efron's issues, bad behavior (drugs) and deception about everything -- hasn't brought his career to a standstill. PS..his beard needs to find a job instead of riding his coat tails. It looks very suspect---know what mean?
