This former A+ list rapper turned B+ list rapper/with a time consuming side project and a horrible nose for real estate was given a male model the other day who played dress up for the rapper all day long. No one had ever seen the rapper happier.

Anyone -- and it doesn't matter who -- if they over buy a SFR house; and, then over spend fixing it up without keeping to a budget, has horrible noses for real estate.
The sad thing is, Kanye thinks he is way smarter than the professionals who probably truly tried to help him, thus, he makes very, very bad decisions.
It is often more true than false, the people closest to him are way too greedy; thus he runs through all his money rapidly and very easily.

Kanye is only a B+ because of the Kartrashians...otherwise he'd be more of a C-. People hate him and his ego. His music was only good back before his mother died....and then he went nutso and started comparing himself to God. He's pathetic.
I think Kanye is bi-polar and hasn't been diagnosed. If he's gay then I hope Kim used IVF because I wouldn't let him near me. Honestly, this whole family is disgusting and the media treats them like royalty. Kim serious referred to herself as American royalty.
