This A list writer/director/producer went ballistic when he was replaced in a gig and made the lives miserable of those who were acting in the gig. He told them he would never work with them again if they continued to work on the project with his replacement.

Zack Snyder/Justice League/replaced by George Miller
(this was reported in April, plus there's a huge fan backlash about Snyder directing - however, Snyder still appears to be associated with the project, but I think he's not actually directing it)
Snyder just did an interview (IGN if I remember right) where he had to give a mea culpa about how he handled SvB and mention that Justice League will be more heroic. Even in written word it sounded like someone was making him eat a turd sandwich.
Ah fuck, he's directing that? I hated what he did with Superman v Batman. Let Affleck direct.
I don't buy that he was replaced on anything since he only films his own material.
Snyder is still directing.
