I think I wrote in the original--she better be fast or find a good surrogate because after this one, she'll be 44 and her time is nearly up.
According to her show, her time was already up - she said the doctors said she could die if she had another baby. And if she said so on her reality show, it must be true.
I think it's to stop her from having kids.. maybe that promised loot goes towards Tori's children's current and future welfare so there's not much worry she has to have another child after this one.. Stalemate in this provide and protect the next generation negotiation.. roof over your head and food on the table, from Mom.. Please...Candy certainly didn't do anything but be married to Aaron for those "hard earned dollars." She was also allegedly having an affair while Aaron was still alive and Tori was very much against it, she thought it was disrespectful to her dad. And I'm NOT a Tori fan.
