Why would the actress argue with her SO regarding her own paternity? Do you mean the paternity of her child? I refuse to believe any lawyer in the world could write this badly. Who is writing these blinds?!?!? A proofreader, a proofreader?! My kingdom for a proofreader!

Story in a NYC newspaper about Natalie Portman's pregnancy. Who gives a flying ____ about her or her pregnancy? She is a talentless midget. Her claim to fame? Being Israeli. Give it a rest.
The only actresses I know of that have dubious parentage are Liv Tyler (to me she looks more like Todd Rundgren) and the redheaded actress who is supposedly the down low kid of Opie.

Marion Cotillard still pregnant. Still a possibility, particularly if due date/conception date has been narrowed down recently.

Also note it says "significant other." Portman is married to Millepied (so Aronofsky arguing with her over the paternity after a Doctor's appointment, though not impossible, would be odd). Cotillard is not married to Canet, so this seems to fit her more directly.
Enty makes typos for a very good reason: protection.
That's an interesting theory. Cos she appeared less pregnant in her recent pics than she did when doing promo's for her last two movies. Seemed odd she wasn't bigger.
