In the scheme of reality show fakery, it does not really raise the bar, but there have been a dozen actresses and actors hired to be real people in the reality show of this permanent A list singer.

I thought all "Reality Shows" were scripted/staged.
The actors or actresses are pretending to be 'real' people, that is, her "friends". The actors/actresses are unknown to the TV audience as actors/actresses.
If I may continue: That is one hell of a thing to buy your fake friends.
I set this to record but still couldn't make myself watch it.
This reality show business is doing her no favors. She comes off as totally vapid and boring.
