An out of control fight a few weeks ago between this A- list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee and her foreign born A-/B+ list mostly movie actor husband who surprisingly has not been nominated for an Oscar or Golden Globe caused the actress to throw her wedding ring at her husband while they were outside a theatre.

He has won Oscar
If it's Jen and Paul, where did she throw the ring? If it has a diamond in it, anywhere in NYC (all 5 Boroughs) would be foolhardy. A street con would have whipped it up and run with it for miles! They live in the Ritzy section of Brooklyn. If she threw it there, maybe she got it back. They look like a real laid back couple. If it's them, not all is well in Dodge.
If he hurt her, I doubt she'd want any reminder of the hurt back.
