This foreign born one named permanent A- list (probably a little bias on my part) singer should really come clean about his HIV status. I think his fans would be there 1000% for him. Instead, he tries to write off his frequent illnesses as something else.

I also immediately thought Morrissey but he is a coward he is not even really out. Morrissey claims he is not gay yet he wrote a book writing about an ex boyfriend a male boxer. Morrissey is kind of homophobic in a way too. Why deny being gay and HIV positive?

George Michael did not die of AIDS or even an AIDS related illness.
SO to sit here and slander the dead, after his cause of death was found to be heart failure (I am sure partly brought on by the hard speedy drugs he liked so much) which is not an AIDS related death at all, is just wrong.
Saying this kind of shit is why people who do have AIDS never want to come out and say it. There is still this nasty ass stigma around it and to sit here and say that a dead man, who did TONS of charity work with AIDS, who had a partner who died of AIDS, had the disease himself is rather off putting, presumptuous and further pushes the stigma of AIDS.
There is great chance George did NOT have AIDS as Kenny does not have AIDS and they were together for a very long time. All after Ansalmo passed from AIDS.

rich, trim, gay 53-year-old men who die of cardiovascular disease died of aids. it's one of the primary causes of aids-related deaths. there's nothing slanderous about aids, it's a disease and it's deadly.
George Michael had been treated by an AIDS specialist for years. I do not hold it against him or anyone to keep this or any disease private,as long as they inform and protect their partners. George was very protective of his family, and didn't want them to deal with this. Why do you assume people think better of someone who wa abusing drugs than someone who is HIV positive?
Enty, as even you know, Morrissey is a known A**hole even by his biggest fans. They will not rally to his side, when he sort of came out , and backtracked, his "fans " tormented him. For a funny example of Morrissey's behavior,look up the incident on the Bowie tour.
